Notes from Rose's Rescue

Meet Wren! This adorable girl is as sweet and calm with the softest coat. Wren has a gentle personality and loves being around her people, whether she's getting attention or just relaxing nearby. She is a cuddly lap cat who will run right up to you for attention. She has the sweetest little face and looks at you like she understands every word you say.

Wren absolutely loves other cats and, like most kittens, would be happiest in a home with feline companionship. Her ideal home will already have another cat or be interested in adopting her with another kitten, like her brother Robin. Wren has not yet met dogs but should adjust well to respectful canine friends. She is being fostered in Akron, Ohio, and was born around the end of February 2026 (approx. 8 months old).

Wren's adoption fee of $100 includes a negative test for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), spay surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, topical flea prevention, and a microchip. If she is adopted with her brother Robin, their adoption fee is $150.

For those viewing on Petfinder, please apply by clicking "More About Rose's Rescue," where you can complete an adoption application. You may also apply directly through the Rose's Rescue website under "Fees - Adoption Info - Online Application."

Thank you for considering adoption—our adoptable cats can't wait to meet you!

What happens next

  1. Contact Rose's Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Rose's Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
