Notes from Rose's Rescue

Meet Chanel! This sweet girl found her way to the rescue after being abandoned outdoors with her kittens. Chanel and her kittens were pretty sick, but the kind family who found them nursed them back to health and gave them a safe space to crash while they all searched for homes. Chanel's kittens have been adopted, and she is ready for her turn!

Chanel is happy to be living the good life indoors. Chanel can be skittish with new people, but warms up with patience. She is very playful and loves her toys. She also absolutely adores other cats and would be to have a feline friend to play with! She has not yet met dogs. Chanel is very interested in people food and will try to eat off your plate and get into the garbage can, which her caretakers are working with her on.

She is being fostered in Coventry, OH.

Chanel is positive for FIV. While FIV can shorten a cat's life span, cats living with FIV can still have a great quality of life.

Chanel's adoption fee of $50 includes

POSITIVE test for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and negative Feline Leukemia (FELV), spay surgery, Rabies and FVRCP vaccines,

de-worming, topical flea protection, and a microchip.
