Notes from Paws and Prayers
Introducing Mugshot, the king of cool at 6-7 years young! This laid-back dude is the epitome of chill, with a dash of aloof charm. While he might act like a feline philosopher, he's a sucker for pets and makes friends with cats, dogs, and kids alike. Mugshot has a bit of a finicky streak with his sensitive skin, so he’ll need to munch on a special diet (NOT the fancy prescription stuff) to keep his purr engine revving. Our cat adoption gurus can steer you to the perfect chow for him. Mugshot's ready to be your new bestie for an adoption fee of $145.00 Please complete a non-obligatory application at www.pawsandprayers.org
Paws and Prayers cats are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litter box trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them, and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible. Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions. Meet and greets are not arranged unless an adoption application is filled out and approved and are by appointment only.
Inquiries submitted through Petfinder or other third-party websites do not submit as applications in our database.
This pet qualifies for the Pets for Patriots program https://www.petsforpatriots.org/veterans/

What happens next
- Contact Paws and Prayers using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.

- Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Paws and Prayers, never to AdoptNearby.
- Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
