Notes from Brooklyn Bridge Animal Welfare Coalition, Inc.

Ivanovitch and Pixy Stix are a pair of adopted siblings who are sweet as can be! Ivanovitch was pulled by our organization from the city shelter, as he was on the at risk list due to a severe jaw fracture. The jaw has healed very well, but gives him a distinct little face! He needed a few teeth removed so his misaligned jaw wouldn't cause any issues. He can see, but not super well. That being said, he loves to run, jump, and play. He finds his way around very well! Pixy Stix is his adopted sister and best friend. Found in a Coney Island basement, starving and at death's door, we are so glad we were able to rescue her and her siblings! Pixy Stix has one of the most unique coats we've ever seen! She looks black at first glance but is actually BROWN! How cool is that?!?! Snuggly as can be, this girl is just as likely to be found cuddled up in your arms as she is to be pouncing on her brother.
