Notes from Brooklyn Animal Action

Protegé is a lovely, handsome tabby boy. He likes being pet, loves to eat and loves his bed. He is a great companion for hanging out and he will be there when you need a hug. He is a lovebug but also independent and not too clingy - a perfect kitty for someone who works full-time but would like a good boy to come home to. Here is a video of him being pet: https://youtube.com/shorts/CeHQ-45umtM

We think he prefers to be an only cat though we aren't sure yet. He is young, about 2 years old, and healthy. He is neutered, microchipped, treated for fleas and parasites and tested negative for FIV/FeLV and is ready for a loving furrever home!

If you would like to schedule a meet & greet, please go to our application here: https://brooklynanimalaction.org/adoption-forms/. Make sure you navigate to Protege then identify Claire as the RESCUER and fill out the form!

Thank you for thinking of a rescued angel. Every dime goes to saving the next homeless angel on the street.

What happens next

  1. Contact Brooklyn Animal Action using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Brooklyn Animal Action, never to AdoptNearby.
