Notes from Animal Care Sanctuary
Hi everyone… my name is Pretty!! And I like to think my name fits me perfectly—inside and out. I’m one of the sweetest girls you’ll ever meet (not to brag… okay, maybe just a little). I love people and will happily soak up all the attention you’re willing to give. I also get along really well with other kitties! But… I do have one small request for my future home, no doggies, please. They’re just not my thing. I also want to be honest with you. I’ve been told I have something called Feline Leukemia (FeLV). It sounds scary, but it’s not cancer like in humans. It just means my immune system is a little weaker than most cats. The good news? I still feel happy, healthy, and just like any other kitty! I can live with other FeLV+ friends, or even FeLV-negative cats as long as we get along and they’re vaccinated. Easy, right? More than anything, I just hope someone sees me, not my diagnosis. I promise I have so much love to give, and I’m ready to share it with a family of my very own. Could that be you? Love, Pretty
