Notes from The Animal Project
Two Russian Blue Cats Need Safe Harbor!
When anyone adopts from The Animal Project, one of their main advantages is the ability to return the cats to us for any reason at any time. Most people see that as a huge safety net, but these misguided adopters decided to sell their cats online instead. Through a caper worthy of James Bond, we were able to retrieve the cats TODAY. Now Lady Jane and Poupon need a place to land! Could you open your heart and home to these sweet refugees?
What happens next
- Contact The Animal Project using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
- They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
- Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to The Animal Project, never to AdoptNearby.
- Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
