Notes from New York City Cat Coalition

Meet Olvina! Olvina is a beautiful buff-orange girl with a sweet personality and a gentle nature. After being rescued from the streets of the Bronx, she is now ready to leave her outdoor life behind and find a loving forever home of her own.

This lovely adult girl, estimated to be around 4 to 5 years old, is a sweetheart with people and is comfortable living alongside other cats in her foster home. She would love a safe, cozy place to call home where she can relax, feel secure, and enjoy all the love and attention she deserves.

Olvina is healthy, spayed, vaccinated, and FIV and FeLV negative.

Olvina is also looking for a foster home in or around NYC, Westchester, lower Connecticut, Rockland County, the Bronx, Queens, or Manhattan. A foster who can help capture some beautiful photos and videos of this sweet girl would be especially wonderful and could help her find her forever family!

Could Olvina be the sweet orange girl who has been missing from the family?

What happens next

  1. Contact New York City Cat Coalition using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to New York City Cat Coalition, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
