Notes from Sierra County Humane Society

Hello! I’m Peach and I should have been called Cinnamon Roll because I have these delicious orangey brown swirls all over my little body. Oh yes I’m a swirly girly! Every time someone meets me they ooh and ahh over how stunning my markings are and how cute I am! I was born around May 1, 2026 and I’m a playful, happy little girl kitten who loves other kitties and who loves petsies too. I was born feral if you can believe that but these volunteers at Desert Haven got their hands on me when I was very young so I’ve been able to get tamed up and I’m ready to be a well loved house kitty now! I’m pretty perfect, truth be told. Perfect Peach! I’m spayed, vaccinated, and ready to roll on out of here with my new family. My adoption fee is $75. Reach out at 575-740-0643 to meet me by appointment any day of the week or pop in on Tuesday as the gate opens at 9:00. See you soon I hope! Love, Peach

What happens next

  1. Contact Sierra County Humane Society using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Sierra County Humane Society, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
