Athena
Domestic Short Hair · Baby (4 months 3 days) · Female · Stewartsville, NJ
Notes from Feline Urban Rescue and Rehab, Inc.
Meet Athena!
Like her namesake, Athena is a little more thoughtful and reserved than some of her fellow Greek gods and goddesses. She can be shy and timid at first, and she needs a little time to decide that you're someone she can trust. But once you've earned her confidence, you'll discover a completely different Athena!
She is a big cuddle bug who loves nothing more than curling up with her people and stealing all the warmth she can get. Basically, once you're in her inner circle, you're hers.
Athena gets along well with other respectful cats and does well with children. She should also be perfectly happy living with a cat-friendly dog with a proper introduction. She's looking for a home willing to be patient while she comes out of her shell- and in return, she'll give you one very sweet, very cuddly companion. Athena may not trust you right away, but once she does, you'll have a cuddle buddy for life.
