Notes from Wag On Inn Rescue

Looking for a quiet, gentle soul to steal your heart? Meet Biscuit, one of Luna’s beautiful babies! Biscuit is with our rescue partner in Louisiana and can come to NJ once a foster or adopter is found.

Biscuit is the ultimate momma’s boy and the most laid-back kitten of the litter. He can be a little shy and standoffish at first, preferring to observe from a distance. However, he has a secret: once you put a hand on him, he melts right into you! This smart boy has a wonderful, goofy, playful side once he feels safe.

Biscuit is a gentle soul who needs a patient family. Because he is timid, he would do best in a home with older, considerate kids. He prefers a home without dogs and would do best with

a confident cat companion to help him feel secure. (He would love to be adopted with his momma, Luna, or one of his siblings!)

Biscuit is neutered and up to date on all vaccines. His adoption fee is $175.00

Adopting an animal is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these animals have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.

Can't adopt right now? Wag On Inn Rescue is looking for a foster home for BISCUIT. Fostering is short-term, and the rescue usually covers food and vet care. Ask them about it.

What happens next

  1. Contact Wag On Inn Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Wag On Inn Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
