Notes from Wag On Inn Rescue

Meet Ezra! This handsome little guy came to us from our rescue partner in North Carolina on June 27th. He’s doing great in his foster home, but he would love to find a family of his own.

This sweet boy likes to be held like a baby! He’s very playful and loves companionship - both feline and human. Ezra would love to be adopted with his brother Everett. If a double adoption isn’t possible, he must go to a home with another cat or kitten.

Kittens do better when adopted in pairs or with another young cat in the home.

Kitten Fee = $175. ($300/pair)

Adopting an animal is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these animals have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.

What happens next

  1. Contact Wag On Inn Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Wag On Inn Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
