Notes from Trenton Cats Rescue

Land Girl and her brother Ploughboy are an energetic, silly pair of bonded siblings born near the end of April. They love racing around their foster home, chasing each other or the young resident cats, hanging out on the screened porch where they watch the local wildlife, and checking out everything their foster parents are doing. Ploughboy is the more independent member of the pair; Land Girl is very attached to her brother, sometimes nursing on the skin of his side and making biscuits while they rest together. Ploughboy is very sweet to his sister and does not mind. If you'd like to meet Land Girl and Ploughboy or think these cats would be a good match for your family, please complete our adoption questionnaire at http://www.trentoncats.org/adoption-questionnaire/ and let your references know someone will be contacting them soon. All our cats are neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed and flea-treated, tested for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped prior to adoption. Thanks for opting to adopt!

What happens next

  1. Contact Trenton Cats Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Trenton Cats Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
