Notes from FuRRR Feline Rescue

Trixie - Female DOB 9/29/2025 Domestic Short Hair - Black

Meet Trixie, a friendly, chatty, playful sweetheart who believes life is best lived in a sunbeam. She’s the kind of girl who will stretch out in the warm light, chirp her little commentary about the day, and then climb onto your chest to make speed biscuits like she’s kneading pure joy. Trixie is wonderfully interactive — she loves people, loves conversation, and loves being part of whatever you’re doing. She’s also a high‑energy playtime queen who thrives with another young, playful kitty.

Trixie is an FIP survivor, undergoing weeks of treatment and monitoring and is now among our miracle survivors. FIP is no longer a death sentence for kitties, and is treatable when caught in its early stages. FuRRR has treated a number of cats with success that were diagnosed with FIP.

Trixie

loves the company of other cats and would need to go home to another fun, active cat. She would likely be ok with a cat-friendly dog with a slow introduction, and older respectful children.
