Notes from Cats Cradle Shelter Inc.

Ernie (7 years old)

Ernie is one of the most handsome gray cats you’ve ever seen. He has green eyes and a gentle, sweet personality. He loves to be petted, and he will chirp softly to you while you are with him. Ernie is overweight and needs to lose a few pounds so that he can be as healthy as possible and live his best life. Ernie deserves serious applications only, as his weight is already affecting him negatively (it’s tough for him to walk), and it takes both compassion and discipline to help a kitty lose weight. Our adoption counselors can provide information on helping Ernie to safely and slowly lose weight.

If you think you could be a hero for this gentle guy, please stop by the shelter and introduce yourself. Please keep in mind that Ernie has been a single cat in a quiet home, and he needs to be an only pet in his new home situation. He likes to cuddle and will return your affection many times over.
