Sam is very scared, shy and shut down here at the shelter. She came from a home where she barely had any interaction with people. She is cautious, hiding and absolutely terrified of what may hapen to her. We are slowly, slowly working to help Sam build her confidence and show her that she is loved, safe and can be happy. We hope someone out there will commit to doing the same and adopting.
