Miss Luna – Female | Gray Curious, playful, sweet, and adventurous!

Luna may be the smallest of the bunch, but she has plenty of personality! She's a curious little girl who loves exploring, playing, and discovering new things.

She enjoys affection and being petted, but she's also an active kitten who loves having the freedom to explore her surroundings. When it's playtime, Luna is ready for an adventure!

Luna is sweet, social, and enjoys interacting with her people. She's comfortable being handled and continues to develop her confidence as she grows.

Ideal Home: Luna would thrive in a loving home that encourages her curiosity and gives her plenty of opportunities to play and explore. A family with older children who understand kitten behavior would be a wonderful match.

A Little About Their Upbringing

These kittens have been loved and cared for since they were very young.

They were regularly handled and socialized before coming into full-time foster care. When their mother became ill, we took over their daily care and have continued raising them as members of our family.

Our goal has always been to prepare them for happy, successful lives in their forever homes.

A few important things about their upbringing:

Socialization: All have been raised around people and regularly handled by children ages 10 and older.

Other animals: All five have experience around other cats and dogs and have generally been comfortable with both.

Litter training: All five have demonstrated excellent litter box habits, including when exploring unfamiliar areas of the house.

Handling: They are accustomed to being picked up, held, petted, and loved.

Play: They enjoy interactive toys, climbing, exploring, and playing together.

Positive reinforcement: They've been raised with gentle redirection rather than punishment. We encourage their future families to continue using positive, patient training methods.

Adoption Fee: $ 100.00

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, FIV/FeLV test, and deworming. A two-week trial is included as part of the adoption.

Because we do not know the background of many of our cats, we cannot guarantee exact age or breed.

Adoption centers may not have a volunteer present to open the cat enclosures, and we have foster homes located throughout the KC metro area. Please fill out an application if you'd like to meet this cat.
