Notes from St. Francis of Assisi Animal Rescue

Hermione takes her time, and the people who give it to her get a sweet, affectionate girl in return. Since her kittens Harry and Ron were adopted, she’s gotten more cuddly with her foster family and has started settling onto laps for a good sit. She’s a part time lap cat. She’ll curl up for a while, just not for hours. Warming up is a slow process for Hermione, and we mean months. New people and new places can make her nervous, and her first move is to find a hiding spot and watch from there. With patience, she comes around and shows you how much personality she has. Her best match is a calm home with adults who are happy to let her set the pace. If you’re someone who would give a shy girl a real shot, Hermione would love to hear about your home.
