Meet Olivia

Olivia is a beautiful black and white tuxedo cat, approximately one year old, who is looking for a patient and loving forever home.

Before coming into foster care, Olivia was a stray who faced more challenges in her short life than any young cat should. Shortly after being rescued, Olivia gave birth to seven kittens. Tragically, only two of her babies survived. The loss of her other kittens was devastating for her, and understandably, she became extremely protective of the two little fighters she had left.

Over the past 11 weeks, we've watchedo Olivia be an incredible mother. She devoted herself completely to her surviving kittens and did everything she could to help them thrive. As her kittens have grown and become more independent, Olivia has slowly begun to let her guard down. The scared, protective mama has started to show us the sweet, loving cat that's been there all along.

Today, we're seeing a much more trusting and affectionate Olivia. She enjoys attention from the people she knows and is beginning to understand that adult humans can be trusted. While she has made tremendous progress, she is still shy with new people and situations and will need time to adjust in a new home.

Olivia would do best with an experienced cat owner who understands that trust cannot be rushed. Her ideal adopter will be patient, allow her to set the pace, and give her the time and space she needs to feel safe. Once she feels comfortable, Olivia is a gentle, affectionate girl who loves companionship and has so much love to give.

It's been incredibly rewarding to watch her heal, gain confidence, and learn to trust again. We know the right family will continue to see her blossom into the wonderful companion she's meant to be.

After surviving life on her own, enduring the loss of five of her babies, and lovingly raising the two little fighters who made it, Olivia is finally ready for a home where she can be cherished, spoiled, and loved for the rest of her life. ❤️

All of our cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped, tested

for FIV/FELV

, and up to date on vaccinations including rabies, distemper, and dewormer.
