Notes from House Of Hounds Rescue

Meet Heineken!

Heineken came into rescue with his siblings after living outside. Some of his siblings have already found their forever homes, while a few are still waiting — including this handsome boy.

Heineken currently lives with other cats and dogs and gets along well with everyone. He would love a home with another cat , as he is very social with his feline friends and enjoys having a kitty companion.

With people, Heineken can be a little shy and skittish at first, but once he feels comfortable, his sweet personality starts to shine. If you’re sitting on the couch or relaxing in bed, don’t be surprised if Heineken comes over to visit and asks for some attention.

He is playful, independent, and quite the talker! He also has a little love-bite habit, so we think he would do best in a home without young children.

Heineken is looking for someone who understands that trust takes time and is willing to be patient while he learns that he is safe and loved. Give him the time he needs, and you may gain an incredibly special companion who will reward you with his own unique brand of affection. ❤️

Heineken is ready to find his forever home — could that be with you?
