Notes from Humane Society of Carroll County, Inc.
Meet Kobie- currently in a foster home! Kobie is a handsome 8-year-old white kitty looking for a forever home where he can feel safe, loved, and comfortable. He’s a shy boy who may need a little extra time and patience to settle into his new surroundings. With a gentle approach and a quiet space to call his own, Kobie hopes to find someone who will let him blossom at his own pace. He deserves a loving forever home where he can feel safe and cherished. Please email hsccfosterteam@gmail.com to be put in touch with his foster!
