Notes from Talbot Humane

Yum Yum came to the shelter with seven more cat friends when, sadly, her owner passed away. This has been a difficult transition for these cats, who are used to a quieter home, and are now here at the shelter. Yum Yum is reserved and a bit shy.

What happens next

  1. Contact Talbot Humane using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Talbot Humane, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
