Notes from A Home of Their Own Animal Rescue
Hello Mr. Gatsby Gatsby really is great! This handsome little guy was born in early July 2026 and approaches life with an enthusiasm that is pretty hard to resist. Everything is interesting, everything is worth investigating, and almost anything can become an adventure. Gatsby loves to play and is wonderfully good at entertaining himself. Give him a collection of toys and he can stay happily occupied for ages, exploring, batting, pouncing and generally making the most of kitten life. When he isn’t busy playing, he’s perfectly content just hanging out nearby while his person goes about their day. He likes being part of the action — even when the “action” is just chores. He’s playful, affectionate, curious and an all-around delightful little companion. Gatsby also loves spending time with his sister, Daisy, and the two would be very happy adopted together. He can also be adopted separately into a home with another friendly cat who can provide the feline companionship he enjoys. Gatsby will soon be finished with his kitten medical care and is accepting adoption applications! He has tested negative for FIV/FeLV, has received all age appropriate treatments and vaccines, including Rabies. He will be neutered and microchipped on 10/26/2026. *If an approved adopter would like to welcome this precious kitten home soon and is willing to take him to his scheduled neuter appt. on 10/26/2026 - we're happy to make those arrangements!
