Notes from Prince Georges County Animal Management Division

Meet Simba -a regal tabby who is a gentle lion! Simba likes to chill out in his cubby out of sight but we’re not keeping him a secret! This handsome gentleman is ear-tipped, indicating he camped outside for a while. He clearly loves the posh indoor life and is looking to trade his cozy kennel for his rest-of-forever home. Simba really loves visitors - his eyes light up when you open his door and he leans in for the head rubs he’s been expecting. He is comfortable being picked up after a polite introduction. With a few more head rubs and ear scratches, he relaxes into his bliss mode and brings on the belly rolls. Simba is still a little reserved in new places but gentle affection and treats help him settle in. If you’re looking for a loving snugglebuddy, check out his video preview and meet him today.
