Notes from Humane Society of Kent County Maryland Inc.

Starting October 6, all cats and kittens are FREE to adopt! Come find your new best friend today! No tricks here, just treats! Tricky Treat is a sweetheart through and through, ready to fill your home with love, play, and plenty of cuddles. Meet Tricky Treat, a beautiful 1-year-old calico with a stunning patchwork coat and a heart full of love. This sweet girl was originally adopted from us, but due to unfortunate changes in her owner's health, she has found herself back in our care through no fault of her own. Despite the changes she's experienced, Tricky Treat remains a happy, affectionate cat who is ready to start her next chapter. She loves attention, enjoys playtime, and is always happy to spend time with her people. She's also good with other cats and does well with children, making her a wonderful addition to many different types of families. Tricky Treat is looking for a forever home where she can be loved, spoiled, and cherished for the rest of her days. She has left the tricks behind and is ready for all the treats, cuddles, and happiness that come with finding her perfect family. If you're searching for a friendly, playful, and loving companion, Tricky Treat may be the sweet treat you've been waiting for! Tricky Treat's adoption fee is $50, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful. If you are interested in meeting any of our animals, we encourage you to first visit our website and submit an adoption application: https://www.acskc.org/adopt-1Once your adoption application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with the pet! We welcome adopters from out of state to apply! _When it comes to our pets, we're all-inclusive!
