Mabel is a beautiful girl who's more than ready to find the forever home she's been waiting for. After spending a long time at the shelter, she was rescued and taken into foster care. Once there, it was discovered that Mabel had a few medical issues, which have been well managed with medication. Mabel has never stopped being the sweet, affectionate cat she is, and she has truly blossomed in her foster home!
She enjoys the simple pleasures in life—lounging in her cat condo, soaking up the sunshine, watching birds and deer from the window, and of course playing. A piece of string is all it takes to bring out her inner kitten, and she'll happily entertain herself (and you!) with her playful antics. Mealtime is another favorite part of her day, as this girl is definitely food motivated.
Mabel is happiest in a calm home where she can relax, receive plenty of pets, and finally settle in knowing she's safe and loved for good. She has so much affection to give and is hoping to find someone who will spoil her with the love and attention she deserves.
Mabel does take daily medication that will need to be continued in her new home, but don't let that intimidate you—she's an excellent pill taker! Her foster family will be happy to share more information about her care with potential adopters.
