Notes from Animal Rescue League of Boston - Headquarters
MEET Purrcy! Would benefit from a confident cat friend! Purrcy came to us from an overcrowding situation, meaning he has spent much of his life in the company of many other cats, but not as much time interacting with humans. Under these circumstances, a cat may be more shy than a “typical” cat - and this is true for Purrcy. As he adjusts to shelter life, Purrcy is slowly warming up to human interaction, including head/chin pets. Purrcy will benefit from a cat-savvy, patient adopter, willing to take the time to build trust as he transitions to his new home. He may benefit from another confident cat to learn from. If you think you can help Purrcy build the confidence he needs to be his best cat-self, please stop by to meet him. Purrcy is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team. For more information on Purrcy or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.
