Notes from It Takes A Village No-Kill Rescue

Currently located at our Evansville, IN location Meet Flea – A Little Orange Rockstar with a Cuddly Side! Ready to add a little extra fun and a whole lot of love to your life? Meet Flea, an adorable orange girl born in July 2026! This sweet girl has the perfect mix of playful curiosity and cuddly charm, and she's ready to rock her way right into your heart. Flea is a big cuddler who loves lounging right beside her people or finding the perfect comfy spot directly on top of them! She's gentle, affectionate, and usually pretty calm, even when she's playing. She also enjoys being combed and brushed, making pampering sessions another way to bond with this sweet girl. But don't let her relaxed personality fool you! Flea has a curious side, especially when water is involved. She loves dipping her paws into her water bowl and licking the water off, and she'll even hop into a freshly cleaned, still-wet bathtub to splash around and investigate. Who needs a water park when you have a bathtub? Flea gets along well with other cats and enjoys exploring the world around her. Whether she's snuggled up with her favorite human, enjoying a little spa time, or getting into some harmless mischief, she's sure to keep life entertaining! If you're looking for a gentle, cuddly companion with a quirky personality and a love for all things water, Flea might just be your perfect match!
