Notes from Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF-IL)
I start out a little bashful, but warm up to people quickly. I get along well with other cats and dogs. I love to cuddle with my human, including keeping you warm at night!
Smokey is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed , and litter box trained.
Smokey' s adoption fee is $135. If you are interested in meeting Smokey, please fill out our Online Application today!
Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

What happens next
- Contact Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF-IL) using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
- They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
- Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF-IL), never to AdoptNearby.
- Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
