Meet Stella!

If you’re looking for a little shadow who wants to be wherever you are, Stella is your girl! This sweet, affectionate girl absolutely loves people and is happiest when she’s right by your side. Whether she’s curled up in your lap, being held in your arms, or simply soaking up attention, Stella just wants to be close to her favorite humans.

Don’t let her laid back personality fool you - Stella has a playful side, too! She gets the zoomies and enjoys showing off her fun, silly personality before settling back in for more cuddles. She’s the perfect mix of chill and playful, with plenty of love to give.

Estimated to be around one year old, Stella was rescued from the streets of Chicago and is ready to find a forever home where she can feel safe, loved, and be someone’s constant cuddle buddy.

Sashi is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, and litter box trained. Stella's adoption fee is $135. If you are interested in meeting Stella, please fill out our Online Application today!

Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

What happens next

  1. Contact Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF-IL) using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF-IL), never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
