Notes from Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF-IL)

Trixie is an absolute doll! She will make a wonderful companion! Not only is she stunning with her beautiful eyes and soft, shiny coat-she is so low key and low maintenance.

She is independent enough to be an only pet. She does get along great with her foster kitties and big dog.

She's everything you'd want in a pet! Playful, has a very fun personality, curios, quiet, tidy, gentle, and loving.

Please consider adding this wonderful cat to your family!

Trixie is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed , and litter box trained.

Trixie 's adoption fee is $135. Please note A.R.F. does not approve applications for any kitten under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL.

If you are interested in meeting Trixie , please fill out our online kitten adoption application at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ today!

Once your application has been approved, an A.R.F. volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

What happens next

  1. Contact Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF-IL) using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF-IL), never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
