Notes from Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF-IL)

Lolly and Molly prefer each other’s company. They are not comfortable around the other fosters and resident cats. They will retreat to their room when things get too hectic for them.

Lolly comes running to greet her foster parents. She loves to cuddle and will jump in foster mom’s lap as soon as she sits down. A real lap cat! She will even let mom know when she wants her to sit down or pick her up. Lolly likes using a scratching post.

Molly will run to greet her foster parents too. She will follow Lolly’s lead and snuggle in foster mom’s lap. Another lap cat! She will also lay on the arm rest of the chair and be silly. Eating is a favorite pastime for her. She is cautious around new people.

Both cats are microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, and litter box trained.

Their combined adoption fee is $270 ($135x2).

If you are interested in meeting Lolly & Molly, please fill out our online kitten adoption application at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ today!

Once your application has been approved, an A.R.F. volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.

What happens next

  1. Contact Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF-IL) using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF-IL), never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
