Notes from Bond County Humane Society

Hi, my name is Padmé and I'm about 2 1/2 years old. My kittens and I were rescued by Bond County Humane Society (BCHS) from Bond County Animal Control. My kittens were only one week old when we arrived at BCHS. I am friendly and like to be petted, of course on my terms. I am bossy with other adult cats. I do better with kittens or younger cats. I live in a community room with younger cats and I get along with them. I may swipe or bat at them, but they don't get upset. They just give me a funny look and go on about their business. I am available for immediate adoption. I am spayed, UTD on vaccinations, tested for FeLV/FIV, treated for internal and external parasites and micro chipped. My adoption fee is $65. If you are interested in making me a member of your family please complete an Adoption Profile in person or on-line at www.bondcohumane.org . Email the completed profile to the address provided. A copy of our policy regarding warranties, refunds and returns is available upon request.

What happens next

  1. Contact Bond County Humane Society using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Bond County Humane Society, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
