Notes from Last Hope Animal Rescue

Introducing Brandi! Brandi is a gorgeous kitty with a sleek, shiny black coat to match her quiet elegance. She's a bit shy at first, but once she gets to know you, she truly enjoys gentle affection and pets... on her terms of course. While Brandi isn't a fan of being picked up or held, she'll happily cuddle up beside you one she feels comfortable and safe.

Brandi would prefer to be the only feline in the home and has not yet been dog tested. Brandi is rather shy and tends to hide when she first meets people. She would thrive in a calm, quiet household or with a family with older children who understand and respect her boundaries. With patience and love, Brandi will be a wonderful, loyal companion.

Brandi's adoption fee is $85 and includes her spay, microchip, current vaccinations, and an FIV/FeLV test. Brandi is seeking an indoor only home with adopters that have a history of having kept their pets indoors, altered, and current on wellness exams, vaccinations and preventatives. If you would like to meet Brandi please submit an adoption application on our website, Adopthope.org. Our adoption process includes a background check, vet history check, and a home visit.

What happens next

  1. Contact Last Hope Animal Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Last Hope Animal Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
