Notes from Carroll County Animal Shelter

Hi there! My name is Quartz! I'm a black and white boy kitty who is 11 months old. I'm a little shy and timid here at the shelter, but that's because there is so much going on, and I haven't been here for all that long. I'm still learning the ropes. I'm okay with being pet; I just need someone who is a little patient with me--I'm a nice kitty, but like I said, I'm not used to any of this, and I am learning to trust people. I love to watch everything going on--I'm curious, and smart, and I can see that most people just want to pet me and give me love. I'm very interested in this "furever family" thing I keep hearing about--it sounds really cool! So I hope that mine finds me soon, because I am eager to have people who love me and want the best for me--I know that when my people find me, I am going to have so much love to give back!

The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.
