Notes from Safe Pet Project Inc
Scooter - Born 6/25/26, 2 lbs, Special Tuxedo Boy with a Big Spirit
Scooter is a tiny tuxedo sweetheart with white mittens, a white strip up his nose, with a black teardrop marking, and a soft black chin that gives him the most precious little face. He may be small, but he carries a huge amount of charm and resilience.
Born on June 25, 2026, Scotter has a unique challenge: his front paws curl under, making his walk a little different from other kittens. Because Tinker was such a small mama, there was likely overcrowding in the womb, Scooter - along with one of his brothers - developed this special need.
Safe Pet Project is already exploring treatment options to help correct his paws, but Scooter doesn't let anything slow him down. He plays, explores, wrestles with his littermates, and gets around wonderfully. He is loving, joyful, and full of personality.
Scooter is expected to live a full, happy life. He will simply need a bit of extra care-mainly monitoring for any sores that could develop from his unique way of walking. Otherwise he is healthy, weighs about 2 lbs and is up-to-date on core kitten vaccinations. He will be neutered at the appropriate size, even after adoption.
