Notes from Safe Pet Project Inc

Mia — 1–2 Years Old, Gentle Black Beauty

Mia is a sweet, affectionate young mama who wants nothing more than to be loved. She’s estimated to be 1–2 years old, and she’s already raised a beautiful litter of three kittens — Cinder, Ash & Coal — with patience, kindness, and nonstop purrs.

Mia came from an abandoned home, where she delivered her babies before being rescued by Safe Pet Project. Even after everything she’s been through, she loves everybody she meets. She’s a gentle, social girl who leans in for pets, follows you for attention, and warms up instantly to new people.

She currently lives in a foster home with her kittens and the foster’s cat, Tempest. Even when Tempest hisses at her, Mia isn’t bothered — she simply wants to be friends. She’s easygoing, friendly, and would thrive in a calm, loving home.

Mia is up‑to‑date on her core vaccinations, and her boosters and spay surgery are scheduled for July 17, 2026. Her adoption fee is $75, which includes all core vaccines and her spay.

What happens next

  1. Contact Safe Pet Project Inc using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Safe Pet Project Inc, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
