Notes from Foster and Forever Pet Rescue

Febe is a female tabby, born in December of 2024. She is a special needs cat. She needs to be the only cat or slowly introduced to a nonaggressive cat. Febe was returned with her brother (who has been adopted) due to the adopter's life style changes. Febe is very sweet and friendly. She is fairly mellow. She likes watching the birds or lounging in a cat bed or tree. She has been on Prozac and is less nervous as a result. She is good about letting her foster mom put medication in her mouth. She will make a wonderful companion for someone!

Febe was born around December 15, 2024, and is currently being fostered in Naugatuck. She is fixed, up-to-date on shots, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV.

All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and Greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved.

Applications for adoption can be found at our website at www.fosterandforever.org.

Our volunteers do their best to respond within 24-48 hours.

What happens next

  1. Contact Foster and Forever Pet Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Foster and Forever Pet Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
