Notes from St. Bonnie's Sanctuary/Lange Foundation

Duchess was intercepted by our San Bernardino Intervention Counselor in February. Her owner abandoned her with her roommate and she needed a safe place to go.

Duchess loves to roll around for pets, especially belly rubs. She is mellow and she does fine with other cats but would probably be happier as a solo pet. She is friendly and fun but can get overstimulated and will let you know when she has had enough.

If you'd like to meet her, please fill out an application: https://langefoundation.org/cat-adoption-application

What happens next

  1. Contact St. Bonnie's Sanctuary/Lange Foundation using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to St. Bonnie's Sanctuary/Lange Foundation, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
