ARAMIS

Meet Aramis, the handsome orange tabby. Aramis came into the Shelter after his previous guardian was unable to continue caring for him. Aramis has a vocal, social guy since his arrival. He has loved the attention he is showered with from staff and volunteers but would love even more to be in a home. Aramis may do well in a home with other cats, as he has experience living with them. Any introductions should be done in a slow, thoughtful manner. We do not have any experience with Aramis with dogs or children. Aramis has been an indoor only cat. Typical to senior animals, Aramis will need more frequent vet visits to keep him in tip top shape. Aramis’ adoption fee is sponsored thanks to the Silver Whisker’s Society, a fund aiming to get often overlooked seniors out of the Shelter! Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
