Notes from The Dancing Cat

Meet Axel — a 2-year-old sweet, silly boy who is ready to become your furry shadow, cuddle buddy, and personal dinner-time alarm clock. ❤️

Once Axel is comfortable with you, he’s ALL IN. He loves being by your side, soaking up head scratches and kisses, and giving you his very important opinions — especially when dinner is involved. ️️ When he’s not hanging with his people, Axel loves playing, exploring boxes and lounging in the morning sunshine. ☀️

Axel is fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. He is FIV+, and like many FIV+ cats, he can still live a happy, comfortable life with good care. Because of this, he will need to be an indoor-only kitty. He is currently being fostered in San Jose.

You definitely want to come and meet this sweet cuddle boy before deciding that FIV is a dealbreaker.

Axel is current on FVRCP and rabies vaccines, flea preventative, and dewormer, neutered and microchipped, and tested for FIV/FeLV.

Axel is being cared for by a member of the community. To arrange to meet this cat or find out more, please fill out our application here: https://www.thedancingcat.org/adopt-courtesy

  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
