Notes from The Dancing Cat
Charlemagne is a handsome, neutered 3-year-old domestic shorthair with a big personality and even bigger energy. He's current on all vaccinations, and his vet records are ready to go. He's curious, busy, and playful, and he's looking for a home with plenty of room to roam, run, and explore.
This guy lives for time with his people. He greets his human every morning with a run to the bed for pets and purrs, follows along to the bathroom, and has been known to play in the bathtub. When someone walks past his "play position," he zooms right over, because he knows it's wand toy time. He can jump about five feet in the air, so he's an athlete as well as a charmer. When he's ready to recharge, you might find him snoozing under the bed covers or tucked into a cardboard box.
Charlemagne's current apartment is simply too small for all that energy, and his family believes it's the reason behind a few frustration habits, like shredding paper and knocking things over. With more space, daily play, and plenty of enrichment, they expect these to fade.
Charlemagne would do best as the only cat in a spacious home with an adopter who is experienced with high-energy cats and can offer structure, daily playtime, and lots of attention.
Think you can keep up with this athletic, affectionate guy? Come say hello. Charlemagne is ready to bring the zoomies, the purrs, and a whole lot of love to his new home!
