Notes from Ohlone Humane Society

Dandy is an adorable male orange kitten with a playful spirit and a heart full of love! He shares a special bond with his brother, Sandy, and these two are the perfect pair of furry best friends. Dandy loves running around and wrestling with his brother, chasing ribbon toys with all his kitten energy, and winding down with a cozy nap in a nice, warm lap. Whether he’s showing off his playful side or snuggling up for some quality cuddle time, Dandy is sure to bring plenty of joy and laughter to his forever family. He enjoys lap naps and won't mind a bit if you want to hold him. He and his brother, Sandy, share a special connection and would love to find a home together where they can keep playing, cuddling, and growing up side by side. Double the kittens, double the love!

Please see our website at https://ohlonehumanesociety.org/fostering-and-adoption/ and click on the ADOPTION APPLICATION button to submit your application, and let us know if you are looking for a particular kitten. We will let you know as soon as our Kitten Foster Program Manager reviews the applications received. All of our kittens must be spayed or neutered in our care before adoption can be finalized. Kittens require a $150 minimum adoption fee to help us fund our program. We are looking forward to your application submission.

What happens next

  1. Contact Ohlone Humane Society using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Ohlone Humane Society, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
