Notes from Homeless Animals' Lifeline Organization H.A.L.O.

Tiggy was found outside with his mother and brother. They were taken in by a loving foster family, and now the 3 are ready to find their forever homes. Tiggy and Oliver are bonded, and will be adopted together. Tiggy loves dogs, cats and humans!
