Notes from Long Beach Animal Care Services
INFO: This resilient gentleman has had quite the journey, and he’s absolutely owning it. He came in with mange, entropion, conjunctivitis, and a few missing teeth—because life clearly decided to throw the whole toolbox at him. But guess what? He handled it like a champ. He’s been improving beautifully with treatment, got his entropion surgery (because he deserves comfortable, fabulous eyes), and even had an incidental lingual mass removed like it was no big deal. And yes—he’s FIV positive, but he’s here to remind you that FIV cats can live long, wonderful lives… and look good doing it. He may need an entropion revision in his left eye, plus a future dental cleaning with X-rays and routine bloodwork, but this boy is tough, friendly, and has clearly decided his glow-up isn’t over yet. Despite everything he’s been through, he’s incredibly sweet—and a total volunteer and staff favorite. He’s had a rough life, but he’s not letting that stop him from being fabulous now. If you’re looking for a cat with personality, perseverance, and just the right amount of sass, he’s ready to strut his way into your home and your heart.
