Notes from The TNR Project

Brody is an amazing and resilient guy! He was found by our vet tech on a busy street, abandoned and stuffed inside a kitten carrier with 3 kittens on a hot day. We brought him in and he has been amazing! We can't understand why anyone would abandon a beautiful soul like this!

Brody talks when you give him love and he is interested in everything you are doing. He loves to follow you around and likes to be close. He has a HUGE heart and gets along with other cats. He does not harbor any ill-will and is extremely forgiving.

He really wants to be the only cat. He gets along with others, but he definitely has his limits. He will play with you, but he can get overstimulated when other cats swoop in to join him. He'd rather play with you!

We can't wait to see him in a loving home never to be abandoned again!

Brody is:

Can't adopt right now? The TNR Project is looking for a foster home for Brody. Fostering is short-term, and the rescue usually covers food and vet care. Ask them about it.

What happens next

  1. Contact The TNR Project using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to The TNR Project, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
