Notes from Act 2 Rescue

Hello there, I'm Sophie. I may be a bit shy at first, but once I get to know you, I'm quite the sweetheart. I love to play, especially with my brother Hank. We're quite the pair, but don't worry, we don't need to be adopted together. I can be just as happy and playful on my own. I'm a pretty independent lady, you see. I'd love to find a home where I can show you just how sweet and playful I can be. So, why should you adopt me? Well, I promise to be the best companion you could ever wish for. I'll make your house feel like a home with my sweet, playful nature. I'm just waiting for the right person to share all my love with. Could that be you?

I am all ready for my new home! Once sterilized, I will have been seen by a veterinarian, had all shots I was able to get when I was sterilized or they checked my sterilization status and microchipped! All I need now is you! I am currently living in a foster home and am fully litter trained. Act 2 Rescue will even help you make sure I am able to integrate into your human and pet family with their behavioral coaching support during the transition period. I can't wait to meet you so please fill out an application for me today!

What happens next

  1. Contact Act 2 Rescue using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to Act 2 Rescue, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
