Notes from Living The Dream Rescue

River is a sweet, affectionate boy who loves his people! Once he feels comfortable, he'll happily curl up on your lap and soak up pets all day. He'll even seek you out when he's ready for some love and attention. He occasionally gives playful little love bites—just one of his quirky ways of showing affection! Born to a feral mom and rescued by his foster mom, River can be shy at first and may still run when startled by sudden movements or noises. But in a calm, quiet home, he'll be right there beside you. River loves his cat scratchers, climbing cat trees, playing with just about any toy he can find, and exploring new rooms. He adores other cats and would love a friendly feline companion to cuddle and play with. He hasn't been around dogs, but with a slow, proper introduction, he may become great friends with a canine companion. Because he can frighten easily, River would do best in a calm home without young children or lots of activity. With patience and a little time, this sweet boy will reward you with plenty of affection and companionship. ❤️ River is neutered, tested, vaccinated, and microchipped and ready to find his forever home! Estimated birth date is 3/10/26 and his adoption fee is $225.
