Notes from Kneading Kitty's Rescue
Meet Aster, born 3/7/2026 (best estimate), a handsome, chatty black kitten with the energy of a gymnast, the affection of a cuddle bug, and absolutely no respect for the laws of gravity! This spunky little guy believes everything is simply another obstacle in his personal parkour course. Why walk around something when you can launch yourself over it with a spectacular flip? Aster is always ready for action. Feather wand toys bring out his inner Olympic athlete, complete with impressive acrobatics and dramatic midair twists. He loves racing through tunnels, chasing laser pointers, and batting plastic springs around the house. If it moves, he’s chasing it. If it doesn’t move, he might just try to launch himself over it. Life with Aster is never boring! Underneath all that wild kitten energy is an incredibly affectionate little lovebug. The moment he sees you, his loud purr motor switches on, and he’ll happily follow you from room to room to supervise whatever you’re doing. When he finally decides it’s time for a break, he loves curling up in your arms for cuddles, for as long as his busy body can handle. When he isn’t busy playing or curled up in your arms, you’ll find him lounging on a cat tower or stretched out in a sunny window hammock, soaking up the sun. This clever boy is also VERY food motivated! A slow-feeder bowl would be a great addition to help him enjoy his food at a more leisurely pace. Aster’s dream home? A stay-at-home adult who wants a furry little desk companion! Aster requires a feline companion in his forever home. He has not been around kids or dogs before. He's up to date on vaccines including rabies, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, dewormed, neutered and microchipped. His adoption fee is $240.
