Notes from HSV Animal Welfare League

Cindy's journey to the shelter began in a local cat colony, where she and her brother spent their early days outdoors. She came to the shelter, where she received plenty of nutritious food, medical care, and, most importantly, lots of love. Since arriving at the shelter, Cindy has formed a very special bond with her best friend June. The two can often be found playing, exploring, and keeping each other company, making them a wonderful pair for anyone looking to add twice the love to their family. Cindy would love to be adopted together with June, but she would also do well in a home with another kitten or a young pet who can be her friend and playmate. With her sweet personality and colorful coat, Cindy is ready to bring joy, affection, and plenty of purrs to her forever home. ❤️You can apply on line at www.hsvawl.org by completing the Adoption Application on either the HOME or the ADOPT page.

What happens next

  1. Contact HSV Animal Welfare League using the button. AdoptNearby does not take applications.
  2. They will send you their application or ask a few questions about your home.
  3. Most organizations arrange a meet, sometimes a home visit, then a small adoption fee that usually covers spay or neuter and vaccines. That fee is paid to HSV Animal Welfare League, never to AdoptNearby.
  4. Read the cats care guide so you arrive prepared.
